Compliments or concerns
Contact the Manager, Angie Orrick, using the details on the right hand side of this page.
"I started with NCC in 1984 as a Domestic at Adderstone House, I then moved to Wincomblee, Riverside View then Byker Lodge when it reopened in 1997. Through this time I progressed to Care Officer, Senior, Team Leader and then became Manager in 2005. I have seen the service change over the years and watched practice and care standards improve, this has been due to leading the right people in the right job with an excellent skill mix."
